On December 22, 2012, the Microfinance Program of Consuelo “Chito” Madrigal Foundation -Bikol held its 5th General Assembly and Christmas Party at the Ateneo de Naga University covered court. Some 4,600 members-beneficiaries were in attendance.

The assembly started with a solemn Eucharistic celebration with Caceres Archbishop Rolando Octavus J. Tria Tirona OCD, D.D as main celebrant.

In his homily Arch. Tirona emphasized to the members the value of “macro faith”  in microfinance.
