CCMM partners with Forbes College for career placement

 In August, Forbes College and Consuelo “Chito” Madrigal Microfinance NGO (CCMM) entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to help address the pressing employment challenges faced by graduates.

Forbes College, a non-stock, non-profit educational institution located at Legazpi City, is an accredited higher education institution that offers tertiary education. 

Forbes College, represented by its President, Atty. Joan Elizabeth L. Aquende and CCMM, represented by Chief Executive Officer Fr. Wilmer Joseph S. Tria, agreed to create job opportunities that align closely with the skills and aspirations of students, as well as the needs of the industry, particularly the Microfinance sector. 

In the MOA, the parties agreed that CCMM will conduct job recruitment activities and hire graduates of Business Administration graduates of Forbes College.

Meanwhile, beneficiaries of the Microfinance Program and theirdependents, who are willing and qualified to enroll in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Forbes College may apply for scholarship under the Madrigal Foundation’s Scholarship Program.

This partnership aims to address the needs of the pro-poor programs of the Foundation by creating a more skilled workforce while providing access to a college education.
